 ABOUT THE BOSTON PEOPLE'S   RESPONSE CAMPAIGN 

The Boston People’s Response Campaign (BPR) formerly the Mental Health Crisis Response Campaign (MHCR) is a Boston based organizing initiative launched by The City School, Boston Liberation Health and the Unnamed Youth Organizing Network focused on ensuring the development, implementation and community oversight of a free, consent-based, non-police, non-carceral, community-based mental health crisis response.
